How to become a Travel Partner of AIHUT?

The Membership of "All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.“ is open to all Travel Partners who agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Organization.
To authorize an agency, we require:
  1. Three Office Documents
  2. Three Personal Documents
  3. Additional Documents & Formalities

Office Documents (Any Three)

• Office Ownership Proof – Leave and License Agreement or Ownership Documents

• Office Address Proof – Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill

• Company Bank Statement – Last 3 Months

• Company Registration Documents – PAN Card / Udyog Aadhaar / Gumashta / Shop & Establishment Certificate

Personal Documents (Proprietor/Partners/Directors) (Any Three)

• Passport Copy

• Aadhaar Card

• PAN Card

• Savings Bank Passbook / Bank Statement

Additional Requirements

• Office Visiting Card & Latest Photo of Proprietor/Partners

• Office Photos showcasing:

  • Signboards
  • Staff Sitting Area
  • Cabins
  • Other office facilities

• Duly Filled Application Form – In block letters with signatures and company seal

• One-Time Non-Refundable Deposit of ₹49,999 in favor of All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Important Payment Guidelines

🚨 All payments must be made directly to the official company account of All India Hajj & Umrah Tours Pvt. Ltd.

🚨 Agents CANNOT collect cash from clients under any circumstances. Payments must be processed through the official company account, depending on the city of departure.
